Payments

Consultations must be paid for at the time of the visit. Hospital admissions require a deposit at the start of treatment with the balance paid on discharge.
We accept cash, direct deposit (prior to consultation) and card payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We can directly claim insurance through Petplan insurance.
We can accept payments through Vetpay credit service which can be organised within a few minutes (If eligible. Minimum single transaction of $355)
